We launched with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate that way. When you phone us, you reach me or somebody I'd trust at my own house. We're a family operation, so if a unit falls short, that's on us, and we make it right the same day.
I track every job on one board in the office, and every driver reviews it before heading out. When we say Tuesday morning, that means Tuesday morning. If anything shifts, I phone you before you need to phone us.
